Apart from a chameleon, there’s not a whole lot that ranges in color quite so drastically.
Thick grey. Cotton-candy pink. Fiery orange. Crystal-clear blue.
It’s our atmosphere, the thing that separates us from space. It’s the gap between us and the stars, expanding in every direction farther than we can fathom. It’s fantastically scientific, full of things to learn. It’s different from every angle. It’s different every day.
It’s a pencil sketch and a watercolor all in one. It can be angry and dark, or glorious and light. It’s a wonderful, intangible, beautiful chasm called sky, and today- that’s what I’m thankful for.
